This annual event is not only a highlight of our social calendar but also a vital fundraiser for the club. It’s a great opportunity to entertain clients, connect with fellow members, and enjoy a fantastic day out. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to secure your tickets early!
We’re excited to share that we’ve already received some incredible auction prizes, but we’re still looking for more contributions to make the event even more of a success. Whether it’s a unique experience at your workplace, a fine bottle of wine, access to a holiday villa, or even a classic car for a weekend – we welcome all ideas! We’re also seeking smaller items for the raffle and silent auction, as well as standout prizes for the live auction.
This year, we’ll also be speaking with the different age groups within the club to better understand what they need most. Funds raised through the silent auction will be directed toward supporting these specific needs, ensuring we make an impact on the day. We would love to see representation from all age groups and seniors at the event, making it an all club event.
To ensure we achieve this, we’ll be asking age groups to nominate table captains to step forward and organise at least half a table for their respective age group. Let’s work together to make this a successful day!
